Rogers looses another lawyer now the fourth on this claim, (now Joseph D'Angelo another joke, last 3 were fired after loosing in court, history repeats itself) they must think a lawyer will help, not this time Ted you screwed, lied and defrauded the wrong person this time.

 ROGERS SUES A DISABLED MAN OVER AN ACCOUNT THE MAN HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH.... OH WAIT IT GET'S EVEN BETTER, they then tried to serve legal document on him in the hospital this man was in the day he had surgery but they were denied.Then claim he was served...... even thought he wasn't,,,someone is lying..... stay tuned

It's not enough that Rogers screws over its own consumers. Rogers appears willing to seek out other regular Canadian folk who aren't even - have never been - Rogers consumers in order to screw some of them over as well.
Michael was one of those ordinary Canadians, minding his own business, happily making his way through life, when from the forest edge, Rogers pounced on him and began to shake his life in its jaws and has decided its not ready to let him go. Here's the tale as it's currently unfolding before our very eyes:
Michael  has NEVER had a contract with Rogers; not a wireless contract, not a cable contract, not an internet contract...not a contract! He's been a faithful subscriber with one of Rogers competitors since the days that cell phones used to be as big as telephone books, deep back into those days of yore when telephone books were huge volumes of paper delivered annually to our doorsteps.
